Moleleki appointed to be Lesotho’s high commissioner to India

MASERU – The Alliance of Democrats (AD) leader Monyane Moleleki has been tipped to be Lesotho’s high commissioner to India.

Moleleki confirmed to thepost yesterday that he has been appointed to represent the country.

He declined to comment further.

A top government official said the first batch of new envoys under the new government led by Sam Matekane is to be deployed in the foreign missions.

There are four new diplomats in all.

The highly placed source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations the other new diplomats include Ntšiuoa Sekete who goes to Addis Ababa in Ethiopia while Matete ’Nena will be in New York.

Ntsime Jafeta will be posted to Pretoria South Africa.
