LCS, Alliance Insurance launch new kit

MASERU – Lesotho Correctional Service (LCS) and Alliance Insurance have launched the club’s new kit for the upcoming 2022/23 Vodacom Premier League season.

The new kit features the club’s traditional blue and green colours, with the blue kit set to be the home strip and the green jersey to be used for away games. Alliance has been sponsoring LCS for 13 years now.

The insurance company also sponsors Matlama, Linare and Lioli under their stable. LCS’s new kit includes tracksuits for the technical team, two kits for the goalkeepers (yellow and pink) as well as training shirts.

There are no replica jerseys to be sold to the supporters for now, but the club said they will be available before the second round starts if there is interest from the supporters.

Speaking on behalf of the club, Ncheke Ncheke thanked Alliance and said ‘Masheshena’ are one of the league’s best-dressed teams because of the sponsorship from Alliance.

“Our relationship with Alliance is for a very long time, it’s been 13 years now and we are still cared for, we have been cared for since we started and still are,” Ncheke said.

“This past season was very long and we had problems, we didn’t dress well because of the challenges we faced, but the two offices worked together and we ended up receiving our new jersey.”

Ncheke said ‘Masheshena’ aim to mark the new kit with silverware in the upcoming season.

“We are hopeful that we can lift a trophy in this new kit and make you proud as the sponsor,” he said. “I thank Alliance for their support, we are one of the teams that dress well.”

Speaking on behalf of Alliance, Lipuo Sehloho said the company is a big sponsor of football. He thanked LCS for coming to celebrate their new kit with the insurance giants.
