Post Bank pays fees for kids

MASERU – The Lesotho Post Bank paid school fees to five needy students at a football charity cup at the Ratjomose Barracks ground last Sunday.
The gifts included food to other five students in Thetsane.

The Lesotho Post Bank Brand ambassador Makara ‘Cura’ Mapuru said the company wanted to give back to the community in a form of soccer tournament as the majority of Basotho love the sport.
Mapuru said they were helped by the principal at Thetsane High School to prepare a list of needy students.

“Our plan is to have this tournament in all ten districts of the country,” Mapuru said.
He said Thabo Kolonyane’s M550 fee was paid, ’Malerato Ramahlakeng and Sebabatso Thetsane’s M950 fees was also paid, Moloi Molise and Seqhobane Liteboho’s M900 fees was paid.
The other five students Tumelo Mariti, Mpho Rannana, ’Maselemeng Seqhobane, Liboy Mphaka and Sentje Reithabetse were given food.
